Privacy information
This page explains how the website works and how data is processed when you contact me.
Data controller
The controller is Rozumo TOMASZ WERNER, ul. Obrońców Poczty Gdańskiej 5/4, 44-105 Gliwice, Poland, tax identification number (NIP) 6311030302. For questions about personal data, contact kontakt@rozumo.pl or call +48 571 940 146.
How the website works
The website presents static content. It has no contact form, user accounts, analytics tools or advertising pixels. The website itself does not store cookies or data in your browser. Images, fonts, styles and scripts are served from the website’s server. Clicking an email address opens your email application; the website does not send the message.
Technical data and security
When you connect, the server receives your IP address and request information, such as the time, resource address and information sent by your browser. This data may be recorded in the hosting provider’s technical logs. It is used to display the website, detect errors and protect against misuse, on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Technical data is retained until it is removed through the hosting provider’s log and backup rotation. If an incident is detected, a necessary extract may be kept until the investigation or related claims are concluded. The website is hosted by SEOHOST sp. z o.o., a hosting service provider.
Contact and collaboration
When you contact me by email or phone, I process the contact details you provide and the content of our correspondence to respond and agree the scope of collaboration. The basis is a legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the contact concerns entering into or performing a contract. Data required to meet legal obligations, including accounting obligations, is processed under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Correspondence relating to an enquiry is retained for the time needed to handle it and make further arrangements. If it leads to collaboration, relevant data is retained for the duration of the contract, required accounting periods and applicable limitation periods for claims. Providing data is voluntary, but contact details are necessary for a reply. Please do not include patient data in your enquiry.
Recipients of data
Data may be shared with providers of hosting, email and communications services and, in connection with collaboration, accounting or legal services, as well as competent authorities where required by law. It is shared only to the extent necessary to provide those services or fulfil obligations. The website does not use external analytics or advertising services and does not perform automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
Depending on the legal basis and circumstances of processing, you have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise your rights, contact the controller. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office: uodo.gov.pl.
